  I do not recommend this place to anyone. It has horrible customer service. I set up an appointment with them and upon doing so asked questions about what the cost would be to have a procedure done. I was informed that it would be 100.00. I asked if there would be any other fees I would need to pay. I was told no. It would only be 100.00 After waiting several weeks for my appointment. I go in and I am told i need to sign forms and in signing those forms I was told there was going to be extra fees associated with the cost. I asked how much. They could not tell me. They informed me that I would know when I got the bill. After speaking to other people about this place. I was informed they had been treated by this place and had received several surprise bills after service. These were bills they did not know about and that insurance wouldn't cover. This place pretty much gets you with these hidden fees you won't know about until it's to late.
  
  I attempted to speak with the doctor about this but the staff was rude and I assume didn't give him my message since I never received a call back from the doctor reference my complaint.
