Staying with the reserve was nice and the accommodations were fine. However moving out has been an absolute nightmare. They charged me to redo the carpet in 4 rooms when there was slight damage to one room. If that wasn't enough they sent my information to the collections agency the same day. I had told them I was talking to my insurance company about them paying for the claim and they still completely ignored me. Now I have a collections agency harassing me. The funny thing is my insurance company paid off the claim so the reserve actually owes ME money. I told them this and they assured me that they were cancelling the debt with the collections agency and yet a month later I'm still getting calls from the collections agency and the reserve still owes me my deposit. Don't let the nice view fool you these people clearly don't know how to run a business and will nickle and dime you when you move out.
